In the bathroom area there is a washing tower (washing machine and tumble dryer) which I use for doing the guesthouse laundry. When I am not using it, it is available on request.
Guests staying for more than one night may do a quick 3 kg programme: 20 minutes at 30° or 30 minutes at 40°. No costs.
Guests staying for a week are welcome to do a couple of washes with a longer programme.
I avoid using the tumble dyer as much as possible. The sun and winds of Bornholm do a very good job with the benefit of being renewable energies. There is an outdoor clothes line behind the barn and in the barn there is both a laundry line and a clothes rack.
Depending on the season and humidity, drenched clothes from a sudden downpour of rain are best rinsed out on the short programme and entrusted to the tumble dryer. This option is always available regardless of the number of nights.
When we experience very high humidity, I put the damp towels in the tumble dryer on the quick programme so that you have fluffy towels when you get back from your day.
There is an ironing board in the barn to spruce up your glad rags.
