A thirty-minute online guided meditation on a Friday between 18.00 and 18.30 (CET). Based on centering prayer, this meditation invites us to a time of stillness and contemplation.
After a short introduction breathing in and out some loving words, we will sit in silence for the remaining time. All participants will be muted.
Please come in a few minutes before the meditation is due to start.
Participation in the Friday guided meditations is valid for a three-month period.
There are four levels of participation fees, and customer are invited to pay according to their possibilities. The purchase gives access to all the meditations for the three-month period regardless of the amount paid.
After payment, you will receive the Zoom link for entering the sanctuary. Please note that the link is only valid for the three months of the quarter period of your purchase.
