Pure Gratitude

Along the path of falling upwards we have cried for joy unspeakable, acclaimed merciful anger and been swept away by luminous hope and our deepest desires.

Once past the initial distress and bewilderment, each time we have experienced our heart being cracked open, waves of gratitude spontaneously swell from within, while our inditing heart spills gracious words on paper. In awe and wonder, we surprise ourselves by unearthing a cornucopia dwelling deep inside us, patiently waiting to explode in creative recklessness.

Often, our first expressions of gratitude burst when we conquer an obstacle or clear a tenacious hurdle that has been tethering us to our daily scruffles. In that explosion of joy and appreciation, there are still residues of prior struggles and limitations, their specific blackened oscillations tinting the vibrancy of gratitude pulsing at higher frequencies.

So, what does pure gratitude feel like?

What would it be to effortlessly experience a state of appreciation unsoiled by fights and resistances?

What would it be to look out on the world from the wholeness perspective, through the eyes of unconditional and inclusive love?

To find out we will return to our colours and invite the element of water to accompany us in our surrender to what is seeking expression through us, in words and music, and becomes voiceless in gratefulness.
