General

Participation in any event or programme is confirmed by paying the amount quoted or invoiced according to my pricing policy.

All prices are in Danish Crowns (DKK) and inclusive of VAT. Purchases of services on the Webshop are not liable for intra-community VAT exemptions since the services are carried out in the domiciliary country of VAT. Only invoiced services are liable for intra-community VAT exemption, on the basis of business to business, when the services are taxable in the country where the customer is established.

Invoice and/or receipts are issued for all purchases and sales.

There are always nice things to have and those that we consider are primary necessities. In these times of austerity, the temptation to let go of the nice things in order to prioritise the necessities is running high despite all the consequences when we let go of self-care and self-respect. Whatever the worldly circumstances, I highly value investing in my development and wellbeing, and I hope that my fellow human beings can also uphold whatever moves us towards heightened consciousness, the sacred, and ushers us into the age of love.

If you are facing financial difficulties, I am open to creative solutions. My intention is to create a scholarship fund which will provide partial or total support for those who are financially stretched. In order to ensure transparent communication, all agreements will be put in writing.

No money will be refunded after the start of a programme or event (face-to-face or online) irrespective of whether you choose or are unable to complete the programme or event.

Payment

Yggdrasil Living Wholeness I/S accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Yggdrasil Living Wholeness I/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

 

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)

No right of refund is granted on services purchased via the webshop, as the services are such a nature that, under Danish law, the right of return cannot or should not be granted.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Yggdrasil Living Wholeness I/S, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the services to you.

The personal information is registered with Yggdrasil Living Wholeness I/S, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information via the website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees at Yggdrasil Living Wholeness I/S have access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store nor transmit encrypted customer information.

As registered with Yggdrasil Living Wholeness I/S, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. Specifics for different products

Individual sessions and guided itineraries

The price of individual sessions covers the time spent together (face-to-face or online). Extra time for writing reports, reading material, doing additional research work, etc. is charged separately and agreed upon in advance.

Sessions and itineraries are confirmed after payment. The customer is issued with a personal Zoom link and the sessions are scheduled according to agreement.

24 hours before the call, he/she receives a confirmation email with the date, time and personal Zoom link. The customer is responsible for requesting any changes in dates and times he/she requires. Should I need to cancel at the last minute, the previously booked session will be rescheduled.

There is no refund for a session once the confirmation email has been sent out. In the case of packages (5 or 10 sessions), no shows are accounted for.

The packages of 5 sessions are valid for 6 months starting from the first session.

The packages of 10 sessions are valid for 12 months starting from the first session.

Online courses

Registration to an online course is confirmed after payment. A confirmation email is issued with the Zoom link for accessing the course. Registration is open until the first day of the course

Participation in an online course is non-refundable. All sales are final. Registered participants have access to all the materials whether or not they take part in the online sessions.

Should I be unable to host a session, a replacement date and time will be programmed.

Exceptionally, if someone has been prevented from following the entirety of a course, they may be admitted to the next edition without needing to pay the registration fee, but only the administrative fee of 250,00 kr. Requests must be made in writing within 10 days of the completion session, and sent to contact@yggdrasil-wholeness.com. Responses to such requests are given within a week.

Workshops

Registration to an online workshop is confirmed after payment. A confirmation email is issued with the Zoom link for accessing the workshop. Registration is open until 12.00 (CET) of the day of the workshop

Participation in an online workshop is non-refundable. All sales are final. Registered participants have access to all the materials whether or not they take part in the workshop.

A workshop is cancelled only if there are no registrations.

Should I be unable to host a workshop, it will be rescheduled on another Saturday at the same time. Registered participants can choose to attend the rescheduled workshop or select another workshop.

Exceptionally, if someone has been prevented from following the workshop, they may be admitted to another workshop without needing to pay the registration fee, but only the administrative fee of 50,00 kr. The administrative fee does not apply for rescheduled workshops. Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the workshop and sent to contact@yggdrasil-wholeness.com. Responses to such requests are given within a week.

Friday guided meditations

Participation in the Friday guided meditations is valid for a period of three months. 

  • Q1 = January, February & March.
  • Q2 = April, May & June.
  • Q3 = July, August & September. 
  • Q4 = October, November & December.

There is a range of 4 participation fees, and customer are invited to give according to their possibilities. The purchase gives access to all the meditations for the three-month period regardless of the amount paid.

After payment, the customer receives the Zoom link for entering the sanctuary. Their name is added to a mailing list and they receive a confirmation email the day before each meditation, reminding what time the meditation starts according to various time zones.

The link is only valid for the period purchased. The Zoom link is changed for each quarterly period. On completion of a three-month period, the mailing list is deleted.

Celtic Celebration Retreats

Registration to a Celtic Celebration Retreat is confirmed after payment. Registrations close the day before the retreat is due to start, on the preceding Friday at 12.00 (CET). It is possible to pre-book a place – contact@yggdrasil-wholeness.com. Payment for confirmation is due at the latest a week before the retreat starts, and a reminder email will be sent out.

Participation in a Celtic Celebration Retreat is non-refundable. All sales are final.

If exceptional circumstances prevent you from taking part in the retreat, you may be allowed to postpone to another retreat pending availabilities. Requests must be made in writing within 10 days of the first day of the retreat, and sent to contact@yggdrasil-wholeness.com. Responses to such requests are given within a week.

Custom-made retreats

The cost of a retreat is invoiced according to order and applicable discounts.

Retreats are confirmed once the invoice is paid. Payment needs to be completed at the latest a week before arrival.

Retreats can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first day. The amount paid is refunded minus a 10% administrative fee. Non-cancelled retreats are not refundable. If exceptional circumstances prevent the customer from taking part in the retreat, the dates may be postponed pending availabilities.

Requests must be made in writing within 10 days of the first day of the retreat, and sent to contact@yggdrasil-wholeness.com. Responses to such requests are given within a week.

Yggdrasil Guest Lodge

The cost of a stay at Yggdrasil Guest Lodge is invoiced according to booking and applicable discounts.

Check in time is 15.00 on the day of arrival. Check out is at 11.00 on day of departure.

Payment is done on the day of arrival. Extras are paid on the morning of departure. All sales are final.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before 15.00, the day of arrival. Beyond that limit, the first night of booking is due and will be invoiced. There are no refunds should a guest need to shorten his or her stay.
